Flamisol was founded in 2024 by a team with decades of combined experience across specialty chemical distribution, international logistics, commercial finance, and industrial sales. Our principals have supported supply programs for polyurethane foam manufacturers, plastics compounders, coatings producers, and building materials companies across North America and internationally.
Dave is a U.S. military veteran with an engineering background from Colorado School of Mines and extensive experience in global program management, commercial sales, and technical consulting across industrial markets. He brings a systematic, process-driven approach to customer relationships and has a track record of building and managing complex commercial programs for industrial clients. Dave leads Flamisol's commercial outreach and customer account management globally.
Dr. Hamelin is based in Sydney, Australia, and leads Flamisol's Asia-Pacific supplier development and market intelligence programs. His analytical and research background informs how Flamisol evaluates emerging supply chain disruptions, qualifies new supplier relationships in the Asia-Pacific region, and assesses market intelligence for procurement decisions. His involvement ensures Flamisol maintains direct visibility into key producing regions for flame retardants and polyurethane raw materials.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the USC Marshall School of Business and brings a multi-decade career in commercial finance, business logistics, and affiliate program management. His prior roles include executive positions at Business Logistics Group Inc. and co-founding roles in commercial services enterprises. Kevin's financial acumen and institutional relationships strengthen Flamisol's commercial partnerships and business development pipeline.
Julie is the founder and director of US Financial Services Group (USFSG), a professional services firm specializing in financial operations for large companies and financial institutions across the United States. Her network spans major U.S. banks and financial institutions, and she brings deep experience in institutional relationship management, compliance infrastructure, and commercial partnership development. At Flamisol, Julie oversees strategic partnership development and U.S. regulatory compliance operations.
Ouzo manages Flamisol's global sourcing relationships, U.S. warehouse network, and day-to-day logistics operations.
