Compliance & Regulatory

TSCA compliance, EPA CSPP enrollment, SAM.gov registration, and documentation standards for all Flamisol products.

Regulatory Framework

TSCA Compliance & Documentation

All products distributed by Flamisol LLC are compliant with U.S. Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) requirements. TSCA compliance letters are available on request for every product in our portfolio.

TSCA—Toxic Substances Control Act

TSCA requires that chemical substances manufactured, imported, or distributed in U.S. commerce be listed on the TSCA Chemical Substance Inventory. All Flamisol products are TSCA-listed. We provide TSCA compliance letters on request, confirming that the specific substance is on the active TSCA Inventory and is compliant for commercial distribution in the United States.

EPA CSPP / CDX — Primary Authorized Official

Flamisol LLC is enrolled in the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Chemical Safety and Pesticide Programs (CSPP) via EPA Central Data Exchange (CDX) as Primary Authorized Official. This is a formal, verifiable EPA program enrollment — not merely an account registration — that authorizes Flamisol to make official TSCA regulatory submissions directly on behalf of the company. This designation distinguishes Flamisol from distributors who have simply created a CDX login. The Primary Authorized Official role is assigned by EPA and is publicly verifiable through the CDX program registry. This enrollment supports Chemical Data Reporting (CDR) filings, TSCA Section 8 submissions, and ChemView access for all distributed substances.

SAM.gov—Federal Contractor Registration

Flamisol LLC is registered in SAM.gov (System for Award Management) as an active federal contractor entity. Registration enables participation in federal procurement and grant programs. SAM.gov Entity ID is available on request to verified federal procurement officers and authorized contractors.

SDS — Safety Data Sheets

GHS-compliant Safety Data Sheets (16-section format, OSHA HazCom 2012) are available for all products. SDS documents are provided at time of first shipment and are available in advance of purchase on request.

REACH Documentation

For customers with EU operations or supply chain traceability requirements, REACH compliance documentation is available on a product-by-product basis. Contact us with specific substance and documentation requirements.

Documentation Requests
